  1. Stand on your feet slightly wider than hip-width and your arms extended in front of you, palms down.
  2. Bend your knees slowly while sending your hips backward, keeping your back straight.
  3. Squat as low as you can while maintaining your balance, and then push up on your heels to get back into a standing position.

Do 3 sets of 15 repeats.

Lunges are a easy and effective exercise to help build strength in your hips, hamstrings, calves, and behind.

How to do:

  1. Start in a standing position with your feet a bit more than hip-distance apart and place your left leg forward.
  2. Drop your right knee is at a 90-degree angle towards the floor while bending your front knee.
  3. Continue until your front knee is directly over your ankle, then return to the starting position.

Do 20 repeats each sides of 3 sets
